About ZendaFlow

ZendaFlow is an early-stage enterprise SaaS business developing Zenda™ Project Intelligence for infrastructure project teams, starting in South Africa. Our focus is document control, traceable evidence and project handover readiness.

We are starting with customer discovery and a narrowly scoped product: a document register, revision history, search and outstanding-evidence tracking. The goal is practical operational control, not another storage folder or an AI chatbot.

Our approach is to understand existing workflows before proposing change. External integrations and AI assistance will be prioritised only where demand, technical feasibility and governance requirements support them. Human reviewers remain responsible for consequential approvals.
